yea but that just means hes got some leverage over other teams, prolly wont give em away for cheap
Larkin Trade Talks Expanded
I'm not sure what's going on here but it sounds like Stevie is keeping things open with Larky, maybe just trying to get some more offers in before making a move. Either way I hope he doesn't trade him anywhere near Minny...Seider needs all the help he can get defending against those Wild wingers.
Larkin's leverage is already sky-high, no need for more negotiating power! He's a core piece, no way Stevie lets him walk for peanuts.
I'm with you on that, no way Stevie lets him walk for peanuts. Larkin's got the skills and the heart, but it's Stevie's job to get something of value in return. Unless I'm missing something, he can't just give away one of his top centers like that.
idk man i dont think its about gettin somethin of value ngl the guy we need to bring back is Seider n not Larkins buddy

SEIDER IS A STARTER NOT A REPLACEMENT FOR LARKIN. We need two top-6 centers to win a Cup, Pucks down!

I'm with WIngsInFour on this one - Larkin's got a ton of leverage already, and I don't think Stevie will let him walk for anything less than a 1st+ type return. We need to get something substantial in exchange for losing our best C, and I think that's what @WingsInFour is getting at.
